On Thursday February 27,
AFIS, in partnership with
The Couch, held Carnifest - The Unique Melbournian Carnival Party.
The Couch and AFIS volunteers arrived early to help set up and decorate The Couch - with some volunteers using the chance to get their faces painted.

At the end of the performances Joseph, the vice president of AFIS, thanked everyone for attending. This was followed by lots of dancing, and even some impromptu limbo, before The Couch and AFIS volunteers started the final task of cleaning everything up.
A big thanks to The Couch and the AFIS team (Joseph Akhil, Nam Ho Kim, Saya Ye, Kai Jie Lim, Mirza Usman Baig, Tran Quynh Phoung and Antoinette Vicentello) for organising such an awesome event.
